That said, there is a clear distinction between Trump and Biden in terms of energy and appearance of control. Trump appears aggressive. Biden appears timid. Those are observations that are shared by many. That doesn't mean Biden isn't in control of his campaign, it just seems like he isn't given so much circumstantial evidence that he's not all there.
