Tommy Casanova. I was (and still am) friends with his cousin. We used to play football with him in the street which was a tremendous thrill at the time for a 12 year old Tiger fan.

For me, it's Leonard Marshall (#97). I wound up purchasing his old helmet at the Gift Shop in Tiger Stadium when we visited Baton Rouge from Kentucky in the summer of 1983. It cost all of four dollars. No facemask and most of the padding was missing. For many years it was my prized LSU possession.
Two years ago I was able to contact Marshall to confirm that it was indeed his helmet. After a few DMs via Facebook I realized that it was time for this helmet to go back to its original owner who had earned the right to wear it. Leonard has his helmet back and I have a new friend because of it.
So, long story short, Leonard Marshall will always be my favorite 20th century Tiger.

Some of the idiots on here don't get the difference between the 20th and 21st century.
THis list consists of only the ones I was able to see and remember that played.
1. Tommy Casanova
2. Bert Jones
3. Ronnie Estay
4. Charles Alexander
5. Kevin Faulk
6. Wendell Davis
7. Ed Bradley - because he wrote about what, we who never played for LSU, that experience would have been like in a way that we all felt it.

Patrick Peterson, his return game was a thing of beauty along with his defensive play.
