I would have thought that everyone learned a serious lesson when the Sacramento Kings announcer tweeted “all lives matter” and got canned. To me, that was a signal that Just about everything is off limits.

La is a right to work State. My understanding is you can be fired without cause. Since they have stated cause, maybe that changes things? I'm no attorney, so I'm not sure.

That doesn't matter, he's not supporting a racial cause is the same as forcing someone to support it.
I would call it a religion at this point. Of course, he would have to prove it, but I would imagine discrimination lawyers are getting lots of visits in the last few weeks.
They're basically saying you have to be bigot on the highest level to be employed.

Right to work has nothing to do with it, if they just wanted to fire him... that is okay. However, they actually fired him for a reason.

He doesn’t have a claim. Louisiana is a right to work state. Unless the employer violated some tight contract or discriminated against a class of people, they can fire you for just about anything.
