Well, Chase is definitely the best non-QB offensive threat in CFB.

I love Stingley, and he might be the best defensive player in CFB, but Chase is more valuable than Stingley.

I believe they are looking at what these players are expected to be in the 2020 season, not on the past seasons. So based off of that it is hard to argue that Moses and Smith aren't top 10 players in the SEC in 2020.
