Went through this thread and nobody is suspecting Brian France being behind this.
He would be my number one suspect. He paid someone to put the noose down there. He is starving for attention for the brand he has absolutely pissed away.

This reeks of a France family scheme to seem like they are taking more action. They will do anything for a $
That being said, it's Talladega and if its going to happen anywhere.....
There can't be many people other than team members and NASCAR officials with access to the garage with the COVID precautions.
ETA: IF they come out and say that they have no video to verify suspects, this is 100% France. He would be the only one with enough stroke to "lose" security footage at an event like this, especially right now
