When this story started exploding on social media, I thought it was a joke… but it is not.
Tulsa Oklahoma Mayor G.T. Bynum has declared a “civil emergency” and signed an executive order (outlined below) creating an immediate curfew and locking-down a six block area in and around the BOK Center venue for the Trump rally in the city. Any MAGA rally attendee who does not immediately vacate the area is subject to arrest.

This man made peaceful families camping out/tailgating for days prior to the rally all leave.
They have never stopped the camping out tailgating at Trump rallies so this is to stop Sharpton and ANTIFA/BLM to secure the are prior to POTUS arrival.

All's I know is Sharpton was supposed to have a Juneteenth thing in Tulsa today.
I thought the mayor was shutting Trump down. He is shutting down ANTIFA/BLM and securing before POTUS arrival.

Curfew restriction #2...The use of Molotov cocktails is prohibited in the Tulsa city limits.

I forgot today is the TX thing they are milking like Kwanzaa in July. Al Sharpton just so happened to pick Tulsa OK to celebrate.
