I honestly don't care about the reading in of homosexual into Title VII. Employers already generally appreciate the concept of sex being used for gay/bi people and the idea that people are really getting canned for being gay with regularity is ridiculous.
The trans issue is the one that could be a total nightmare.

Agreed. Gay fits in the Civil Rights act of 1964 as a document that blurs the lines between public and private.
