If they charge the cop who didn't fire the gun, the DA needs to be fired. I don't really see how you charge either one based on what happened with the suspect trying to tase the other cop (especially when the video shows how easy they were taking it on the guy and how they were even hesitant to tase him when he started assaulting them).

Because they probably expected the cop to gun down his partner before he shot that innocent black man in the back.
