Heard this on the radio a little while ago.
How has this song escaped the PC shite?
Money for Nothing video
Just curious is all. Dire Straights did some solid work.

They do remove the "F" word that describes a bundle of sticks.

Not on the link I provided. And certainly not on 95.7 this evening.

When they used the F word, it was really those 2 appliance movers speaking so it was ok.

I heard this song is about some guy getting pegged by his girlfriend every morning.

Check out Telegraph Road live from the Alchemy tour. It’s incredible.

They say the word, but it's making fun of crass people who call others that word.
This. How do people like OP not get that?

Knopfler is one of the GOATs. His solo stuff is also good. A lot of people don’t know that he wrote the score for The Princess Bride.

I like how they just pause and shoot the shite for 30 or 40 seconds during the middle of the song. Like Mark is asking Eric if he wants the solo and Eric is like, uh, you do it, I can't play that.

That is an incredible song. Pretty sure it's about The Telegraph Road that is just south of Detroit. Every time I go through there, I think about that song, and how accurate it is for that place.

I can't get that song out of my head for 24 hours when I hear it
