That is what the numbers show, but it is a hell of a lot more complicated. It is more a socioeconomic issue. Poor, government programs for children and single mothers, mothers encouraged with financial rewards for having no husband at home, lack of parenting skills, social influences, government propaganda specifically aimed at them. All this is due to programs that the democrats have targeted them with to create this voting block that can be counted on to act as they ask, vote how they ask, think what they ask. The democrats are more than willing to sacrifice lives, economy, other people's future, and other people's happiness for power and perks that come with power. Perks like cush deals for their kids, kickbacks, and the occasional pallet of cash that you don't actually send to an enemy of the Country.

You would think that we would be able to develop a psychological test to identify these people before they run for office and take them directly to incarceration before inflicting their shite on the rest of humanity.
