We Have to Defund the Universities.

We made a mistake believing "The Real World" would teach woke college kids a lesson.

Look at them now taking over our newsrooms, corporate boardrooms and getting elected to public office and engaging in struggle sessions and woke jihad there that only Karl Marx, Stalin and Chairman Mao would be proud of.

Believing woke college kids would get a rude awakening in "the real world" is one of the biggest mistakes conservatives have ever made. One of the biggest self owns in history.

If conservatives are ever going to fix that mistake, they must go after big academia and make government backed student loans illegal and force students to either pay for tuition themselves, or convince a business/bank to pay for their degree that has a guarantee they will be used in a specific work environment or get an athletic scholarship.

Stop the taxpayer funding of the woke factories.

The funding of woke factories needs to stop and I would prefer to make all government backed student loans illegal.

You defund the universities, then you defund the scientists, engineers, pathologists, business folks, designers, IT experts, etc. whose research makes our country obscenely successful.

We need to do a far better job of culling the herd and not admitting every HS grad (everyone should NOT go to college, despite the mantra that’s been circulated for the past 30 years); and many of the currently funded programs (e.g., queer studies) need to be re-examined and looked at as possible paths to Associates’ degrees.

STEM and business majors are doing fine and basically carrying the country. It's the communist forces within the liberal arts colleges that are fricking everything up.

Yep. The College and Career Career Readiness Standards, along with the idea that college shouldn’t be considered a “better choice,” with a career deemed a “sub-standard path.”

Theoretically, the logic is outstanding.
Practically, the CCRS were rolled out far before the educators were ready to implement them.

Growing pains.
But once TEA and THECB vertically align themselves better, we’ll get there.
