I have been a STH since the team moved here and had some very good reps in the early years. Last year, my rep was changed and the new rep was terrible. I have talked to the manager and requested a change for next season. Any STHers have ticket reps they would recommend (and why)?

As a new STH, what are the differences in reps? Isn't their job just to make sure you buy tickets and are happy? If there are other perks, wouldn't those go to the people who spend more money? Sorry if this is a clueless post, I'm just not sure why you'd want a specific one of another.

Some are more personable than others and you aren’t having to run around if there are issues or if you need anything.

I got changed to a new rep mid season this past year. Tried emailing the new rep multiple times, never once heard back from her.

Was really looking forward to doing the whole courtside practice session thing but frick her for ignoring me

It's mainly about responsiveness and accuracy. My rep has given me inaccurate info a few times and does not seem to know really how to do some of the more basis things such as trading or selling back tickets. I have found a few times that he has told me one thing only for me to find out later it was incorrect. Responsiveness is also hit or miss. Really nice guy though. Some reps are very proactive in the perks department, but I have not had great luck with that for a while.

Mine is Dan Orednick. Not sure how he compares to others, but he is a nice and personable guy. Pretty responsive.

The driveMAN was lucky enough to have TimGeezy the last couple of seasons, but he just got promoted to the head of ticket ops For next season. They’ve cycled the position in and out the last few years because it’s a huge pain in the arse so hopefully he sticks
