then you are just as big of a part of the problem.
Dude tweeted out some weird stuff 6 or 7 years ago. WHO CARES. Well, the folks over at The Flash cared, I guess. But geez. 6 or 7 years ago. Who cares what people tweeted 6 or 7 years ago. It's just stupid.

You're talking about the same Colin Kaepernick that has shown he has no interest in ever playing the NFL again and in fact refuses to dispute being given multiple chances.
So NFL owners/GM didn't ostracize him because it would be bad for business?
Flash is doing the same thing here.
You can't have it both ways.

Kaep literally had a workout last year and he pulled one hell of a stunt that made it clear has no interest in ever playing again.

No they're not.
They just saw his tweets and then went pfft and shitcanned him without a moment's thought.

Replace Colin Kaepernick with Tom Brady or Peyton Manning or Drew Brees and see what the NFL Owners/GM's do then...
He just wasn't a good enough quarterback to do what he was doing.

He could've been a backup somewhere, but no one wants to deal with that headache with a backup.
My point is that it's a business decision to not sign him, not morality. Same thing goes here. Keeping this dude on Flash would hurt business.

Just out of curiosity, what do you think of Colin Kaepernick not playing in the NFL?

I identify as a 30-06 on Twitch. Some moderator who identifies as a deer called my personal choice a microaggression.

The show has turned into "Iris and Friends" this season. Elongated Man has been one of the highlights. I have no hope this show will rebound from this.

I like how nobody liked his tweets

The violent tweets are senseless. A 13 yr old boy should know better. But to be honest, most of those aren’t fireable.
I’m wondering what the context is with these tweets. Are they random , or in some thread where he’s clearly being sarcastic for effect? Like casually saying you would do some extreme violent act, as if it was nothing. The idea is so absurd, depending on the context, that it could be simply a poor attempt at humor. Not a defense, because I never even saw him or his character on the shows.

Cool.....
Why aren't black actors/athletes every held responsible for their racist Tweets or posts?

I agree. I usually just fast forward through most of the Iris stuff. Same thing happened with Arrow.
It's called The Flash, and Arrow, yet for some reason the both of them aren't the one with the most screen time in just about every episode the last 2 seasons.

The ARROWVERSE had so much potential but just turned into campy 60s Batman TV bad.
Such a shame

I would have never known the difference. Now I know they willfully employed a racist for many years.
The solution will be for Elongated Man to change his shape into a black man. Sue will be happy with that change.

I would assume they could recast him, and just say it's Elongated Man from a different Earth.
