Am I the only one here annoyed as shite when they see posters, who pimped the ever living shite out of SLI, which contributed to you buying SLI, now giving alternate stock "tips"? Like nah, go play in traffic.

Joking... But also not.

You make a good point that I recently recognized. I stated the reason that contributed to my buying SLI on Page 593. I have had a strong belief for many years that financial planners and financial advisors are salespersons first.

Posters? The ones that are shareholders? Would we feel differently if the SLI stock were trading at a category of $12-$15 per share?

Sorry you feel that way.

FWIW, I still have all of my shares of SLI. Never sold any. Continuing to buy here and there as funds allow. And if other plays do as I think they will, I will continue to invest in SLI.

Do your own DD.

Now, excuse me, I'm going to go stand in the road for a while.

Even more annoying is telling people that you were selling and why, but being ignored and derided for taking 3000% profits. I don't think this necessarily directed to me and I still hold a substantial amount of shares, but one of the others that sold a large amount did so after that 3rd Q Lanxess call.

I was completely open about my concerns and when I sold. I sold into rallies and the stock price was higher when I finished than when I started.
