Last night in the BR protest FB live video someone commented about the weight of riot gear they were standing there holding & to back the blue
The response was “why, they are just doing their jobs”

I chuckled thinking of how it applied to nurses & not cops

No dummy, we don't care about the coronavirus, social distancing, Dr. Fauci, or nurses anymore. The collective American attention span can't sustain any type of change/revolution for too long; they simply forget or get bored then move along to something else. Here's a fun list of "happenings" that have occurred in 2020 in no particular order:

- Harvey Weinstein indicted
- Ricky Gervais gave a speech at an awards show that pissed everyone off
- Democratic Iowa Caucus debacle
- Donald Trump got impeached
- Oakland Raiders move to Vegas
- murder hornets
- Kim Jong Un died then came back to life
- Bernie Sanders dropped out of the presidential race after taking everyone's money (for a second time)
- Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl
- Tesla stock went gangbusters
- entire market collapsed for a few days
- Coronavirus
- oil market imploded and price went to negative $40
- black dude got shot while "jogging"
- flattening of the curve

Now we're on to rioting and protesting about something. Please try to keep up.
