Hands up don't shoot

Unless something changes with the autopsy the ME has already stated the incident was not necessarily what it seemed in the video. The incident is still being presented in the media in disagreement with the ME’s preliminary statements.

Fox just cut off a legal expert bringing up the point that the current evidence will pose problems during the prosecution of this incident.

I do not think the policeman involved are innocent of all fault and wrong doing.

We know “Hands up don’t shoot” was declared to be false. This whole thing probably requires more investigation as the initial findings do not agree with common assumptions from the video.
