1) I think the black community needs to start policing themselves. They need to encourage each other to stop teaching their kids that whitey and the cops are bad, that they are always owed something, and stop making everything about race.
2) The bad police need to be dealt with swiftly. The good police can't do their jobs for fear of the black community coming after them..see part 1 above.

Somehow "actual penalties with teeth (not overnight stays in jail) for rioters" never seems to make the top of the list with some people.

What He meant was Black Flag. Total war. The Feds need to declare Antifa a terrorist organization and declare total war...black flag against them. Eliminate them. But half the Damn country denies they exist,sympathize with them or better yet refer to their actions as "white supremacist and/or foreign agents". We need to take extreme actions against the many factions that are promoting socialism/communism. That includes kicking the damn Chinese and their subversive actions out now.
This country is being hoodwinked by leftists, We better wake up before it is too late. They already have the media, the education system, etc. It may already be too late.

What needs to be done is what was done by Giuliani when he was mayor of NYC. We've got a bunch of Antifa cells crossing state lines to incite riots, destroy property and commit violence. Those are major federal crimes, but our bloated criminal justice system only finds time to send a couple of dozen FBI agents to arrest Roger Stone and frame Flynn.
Giuliani's administration in NYC tracked crime by precinct and neighborhood. They ordered the police commanders to fix it and if they didn't they were fired, demoted or forced to retire. 60% of police commanders lost their jobs within a year due to their inability or lack of desire to fight crime.
It worked. It would work to a significant degree in the federal contraption also.

I think the Black community participants in peaceful protests have to stop Antifa thug wannabes from taking over and turning it into a violent, destructive riot. If they can’t or won’t do this, the mayor and governor have to present an overwhelming force that Antifa anarchist are no match for, and let them fight.
