RR or JM?

If we could only have one or the other?...I was talking to a friend about it and we both agreed that RR is more important. It seems as if Davenport will most likely choose LSU but I feel we are lacking WR in this class and with the loss of Benton, Byrd leaving, and possibly Lafell getting drafted we need a big time WR. Thoughts?

i would take RR. not b/c JM isnt great, but b/c we are aready (probably) getting davenport, and RR is a wr where we need more depth, and lastly, b/c RR is a louisiana kid. i would hate to pick, but id say randle

This is easy RR...we need a bigtime receiver behind TT. We have plenty of depth at DT, plus Davenport coming.

After looking at the depth chart we could lose 4-5 DLs after this year. Not to mention the number of OL converts from the DL...... If I had to choose at gunpoint I would take JM.

RR, we'll get CD for sure and we need to land at least one big WR this year. I think we are sitting pretty with the WR we have offered this year and are bound to get some quality guys. I really want that CD JM combo though. That would be sick. Imagine the line. Brockers--Davenport--McFarland--Agheyere.
So it really matters who else we get. If we get no other WR then we need RR. If we get no other DL then its JM. If today was signing day RR.

Randle. If we don't get JM, we get CD & Sentimore.

I am a big fan of d-line depth and believe that was the root of our two national championship teams. For that reason, I'll take JM.

Rueben! Kid is a beast. The things he will do at LSU will bring in top WR recruits for years

I like our wide recievers, I just love to see the LA boys stay at home. God, it would be nice to have them both!

How is he on grades? B/c I hate to get so excited over a player that cant qualify. Prime example Deangelo Benton. People were talking about him coming in as a true freshman and being in the rotation at WR. I hope RR has the grades.

Rueben is an exceptional student. No issue at all.

Both have potential to be college All Americans. ALl American DTs are harder to find than All American WRs. If I had my choice it would have to be JM, but I will say I would be thrilled with either one.

I want both. I do not wish to have to choose which I would rather have. Both are LSU type players. I actually believe both will be Tigers.

WRs are nice to have. DTs are a necessity. Don't get me wrong, I want RR to be a Tiger. But a WR needs a QB to get him the ball if he wants to have an impact. A DT can have an impact on every damn play.
