Yes, another thread. When it was first announced with sheltering in place and washing your hands until they were chapped I abided; for the most part. I was/am fortunate enough to be considered an essential worker. We followed the precautions of the CDC at work. Office staff were and still are up front while the field crews are not allowed in the office, only the shop. We travel for work, being the justification.

I’m good with it. I bought the bag of goods sold by the media.. Now I’m sick and tired of it and feel like a ruse. I may be wrong and shame on me if I am but this is my story so piss off.

Our crews travel and have been in several states, no one contaminated. Great! As for myself, I have travelled to AL, FL, GA, SC, MS, AR and LA without any issues. Around early to mid April I began to think, false positive testing, younger people withstand it, it seems elderly and pre-existing have the biggest worry. It’s a sham. Sorry Karen and liberals.

We are almost in to June and our country is screwed! Small businesses, the heart of America, may not survive. It’s truly a shame. I’ve seen a couple of post of the beaches, some without pics-Assholes!, and see the need for humans to get out, socialize and feel at ease. We should be moving forward and quit the fear mongering.

I sadly roll my eyes when I see mask wearing folks in stores. I especially feel bad for those wearing them in their car by themselves. Even Fauchi said the masks did nothing but give a sense of security. Shame on the media for over selling this virus! At the same time, sorry sheep for baaaaahaving as told-fools, obey.

That’s my 2 cents, piss off if it’s another thread! If you bitch, you are Keren too. Open up America, be the land of the free that our current and former fought for!

I'm stuck in Chicago. They will be the last to open. They are trying to "protect" us, but it's making things worse. If they don't start opening things up with regulations, people are just going to do whatever they want. My company told me we aren't going back until September and now they are saying Q1 of 2021. I've been in my house by myself since March, trying to be responsible. But this really sucks!

On the first day, God created the earth and he saw that it was good
On the second day, God created man and he saw that he was good
On the third day God created music and he saw that this was good
On the forth day God created the club and the people started to move

God wanted to party
Then a blinding light came from above and God
Spoke to the people "why are you so quiet?"
But the people didn't understand and God couldn't hear them

But God wanted to hear them making party
And then he asked "why are you so quiet?"
And God saw the people going crazy

I don’t care that people wear masks in stores. Its just people taking precautions based on what they feel is necessary for their own health....which is what this whole thing should have been for the past month once we realized the hospitals weren’t going to be overrun instead of government mandating that people stay home and businesses stay closed

But what is necessary? There truly isn’t a correct answer. If it’s not an N95 mask, you truly are not protected at all. Sporting your favorite college team in cotton isn’t going to help. If help is truly needed.

I have traveled enough over the past 2 and a half months to think I either get it or I got it and I’m fine.

By the way, down voters, how about you just sit in your house forever and rot. Viruses are all around us. Unbelievable that you are still scared of a virus that can transmit worth a darn in the heat and sun where we live.

TLDR: essential worker believed the hype initially, now realizes it's an utter sham.
