Stay out of it. If your friend finds out and wants to know why you didnt tell him just say you didnt take her serious. Or that you were drunk. Or i was said in passing and it slipped your mind. Nothing good will come of you interfering in their marriage. Dont ever be alone with her again.

It's already happening. She caused it to happen with her actions. Whether you tell or she tells him (which it sounds like will happen) he's going to find out. What if she also tells him that you knew? I wouldn't be friends with someone that knew and didn't tell me.

Why would she tell him if that's the case? It's not cheating if it's an open relationship.
And why would the friend mind being told if they have that understanding? He'd say, "oh yeah I know, we have an open relationship."
