Agreed, though I saw flashes of things I loved about O when he took over.

He changed practice to make more sense, he gave the program identity with his different days, worked to get former players back in. All great for winning the job but also cultivating a long term winning process. He had his missteps Canada and then caging him instead of trusting him.

O has been way more visionary of the whole picture than I imagined.

Also probably a positive that he isn’t an offense or defense wizard as that could lead to him being more stubborn in his ways.
