McFarland not coming to the camp this weekend

why not?

mom won't let him bc she's not coming along.

Sucks, but as long as we get some other commits this weekend, I can't be too worried.

Besides, its not like he would've committed this weekend, and I seriously doubt Shep and Pratt stop recruiting him.

Im not giving up on him, but this is a big hit for us. Im glad he really wanted to come though he couldnt convince mom. I think it would have moved mountains for him to be able to feel the family atmosphere with the other recruits.

Sonny had a story on the arrival of Debose and co. He also broke the news on the message board about the commit @ 3:01. Mike followed @ 3:09. Sonny also had "breaking" updates on the Seminole trio's entire day, Shepard pratt and lostons ride, kenny bell, richard wilson, randle and davenport

Mike broke Sonny to two JMark updates. Im a mike hater, but i can admit that he was on top of some jmark stuff today. He also said Pratt and Loston were on campus last night, and broke no updates on players still arriving, etc. They did run a Richard Wilson and wood (2010) story. it is all within minutes, but if we are going to say one trumped the other, it is crystal clear that its not scike.

It's not as if she's anti-LSU, it's apparently that she wants to see what he's seeing on these visits. As long as they keep on mom, JM's interest in LSU looks like it's not changing, esp w/ the effort it seems he made to get down here. IMO it's very doubtful she stands in his way once she finally gets a first hand look at how LSU can take care of her son, heck once Miles is able to get face time w/ her and she sees the Cox Center, she's likely to be just as high on LSU as JM himself. People thinking this is a bad sign or means he's UT bound are over-reacting. He didn't make much of an effort to get to UT's big camp earlier this summer.
