Special teamer and depth. Bonus is that he’s played every linebacker position and can rush the passer.

He was a 285 lb DE at Miami
Cut down to 267 at the combine
Dropped to 250 to play LB

I mean we took a chance on an undrafted FA in Granderson after his ordeal. Not sure why this surprising nor would i qualify it as a risk. No risk in taking someone you can easily move on from
