Is white on black crime always assumed to be a hate crime?

in social media, it would seem that way. In the case of the jogger.. how do we knew it was racially motivated? Should we wait till we hear some facts before assuming it was based on race?

Like someone else said, if those old baws who shot the jogger saw some blonde lulemon Karen jogging, do you think they would have acted the same way?

I mean that's the whole question behind the case... I'm not coming down on either side yet but the amount of 911 calls from the neighborhood matching this kids description are pretty suspect. Either way, they shouldn't have tried to "citizens arrest" the kid. And... don't try to fight a dude with a shotgun, it's not going to work out well for you.

They treated a person from the demographic most likely to commit crimes and violence differently than they would a white woman wearing athletic gear? No way!
That's a really dumb question.
Was the description of the perpetrator a blond, white woman? Was the blond, white woman seen leaving a house she didn't own?
They would not have suspected:
A white woman
A black woman
A hispanic woman
A white senior citizen
A black senior citizen
A hispanic senior citizen
A male wearing a suit
A male with children
This simple truth that liberals love to deny is that burglaries are largely committed by young males. Of the young males, they are largely committed by blacks.
So no, they would not have suspected a blond, white woman wearing lululemon because the chance of a lone white woman being a house burglar is virtually nonexistant. In your stupid scenario, she is also wearing athletic gear.
If a black male was wearing athletic clothing and running shoes, would they have suspected him of being a burglar? No, most likely not.
If a white male wearing jogging gear was jogging, would he be a suspect? No. Would a white male wearing dirty jeans and a dirty shirt that looks like a methhead have been suspected? Yes.
