He is more than serviceable in that regard at it but I’m also not one that believes your coordinators need to be good recruiters. As long as they can be able to explain their defense or offense to an incoming recruit and let them know how they fit the position coaches should be the ones that handle the day to day.

I’d think that Bo has improved his recruiting skills seeing as he was the coach of Nebraska for 8 years and being head coach for that long requires recruiting skills.
