They didn’t just stumble upon this guy. They set up in the middle of the street and were waiting for him. Why else would there be a man in the bed of the truck with a gun and the truck is parked in the middle of the road?

To be fair this doesn’t involve the police. Just two idiots that think they are the police.
It’s simply a murder. While terrible, there are more horrific cold blooded murders every day. They need to be treated as every other murderer is, and there needs to be consideration for first degree murder since they set up and waited for him.

With one guy already filming and seemingly a gun as well, there’s got to be more that happened prior to the start of the video. I also don’t buy that he was just out jogging. Regardless, guy was murdered. I don’t see anything justifying it.
