Sources familiar with the investigation tell FOX News that US Attorney John Durham has reviewed the recently released documents from the Flynn case and that Durham now believes the corrupt actions laid out in those documents are sufficient to bring charges against members of the FBI and the Department of Justice who carried out criminal acts against General Flynn. Durham is said to be speaking regularly with Attorney General Bill Barr and is building what some sources call a serious case against those FBI and DOJ officials. Durham is expected to wrap up his investigation by the end of this summer.

I’ll believe it when I see it, but the fact that he is saying this much is promising.

I am not a fan when The NY Times or wapo say anonymous sources. I don’t like this. Arrest them when they least expect it.

I mean, this is an awful lot of talk with no indictments, no arrests, no nothing.

No offense but

Doesn't carry much weight from other outlets. Why is this one different?

You damn right it better be airtight. If someone walks after he indicts, the press will make sure EVERYONE sees it as a political play. He's gonna have to make sure he nails them to the wall or the press/Dems will have a field day with it.

And I assume it will be a DC jury - unless he can find a nexus to the conspiracy elsewhere.

Ouch.

I agree. A jury from DC will have to be dragged kicking and screaming to a guilty verdict. Even then, it could be bought and it all goes to shite in a hurry.

I would love a military court-especially if treason is a charge.

We are guaranteed a trial- it doesn’t specify civilian or military. You still get a trial.
