and they gave away next years 3rd round pick thus insuring we start the draft in a hole once again next year. If we would have never started this habit of trading away the future we wouldn't be in this position in the drafts of always having to trade up. We keep mortgaging future drafts instead of just letting the picks come to us or trading back and going with the draft flow.

Did not Roger take picks from the Saints starting this years ago?

We will have another third round pick next year with Teddy signing with the Panthers. So, we washed out there. Also, we got an ADDITIONAL pick this year. We didn't mortgage anything. Tremendous value trade.
