Regarding Stimulus Check “where is my payment”

Has anyone received the error message:
“
The tax return information you entered does not match our records; or
You have already accessed the system the maximum number of times today “

In regards to a tax refund, the IRS website tells me I must wait at least 24 hours after I received an email stating the IRS received my return before I can check on the status...I got the email on 4/14. I usually write a small check at the end of the year, this is the first time in a while I over payed a little during the year and get some back

How many times have you checked it? it will lock you out after 3 attempts I think.

I got that when I tried using my current address of 2 years a couple times. Tried the next day with my old address and it turns out they just never updated that when I filed last year with new address.
