How are abortions not essential? It’s a constitutional right that also has a short timeframe that it can be done.

Abortion is technically elective if not medically necessary. If abortion is a "right" then so is my wisdom tooth removal.

So is the right to petition the government that is locked down so you cant

Barring endangerment of the mother’s life, abortion is ELECTIVE surgery. If the mother is endangered, it’s a hospital function, not that of an abortion clinic.
