Just received it via e-mail from LSU. Not sure how I got on the list, but make sure you fill it out if you receive. I'm not sure if my link is specific to me or I would post it.
"Dear Hunter,
The LSU School of Renewable Natural Resources is conducting a survey of Louisiana waterfowl hunters following the 2019-2020 hunting season on behalf of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF). Your name was selected from LDWF license sale records.
Your participation will provide vital information for proper management of Louisiana’s waterfowl and waterfowl habitat. We are asking you to take a few minutes of your time to complete the survey -- there are only 30 questions! If you did not hunt waterfowl during the 2019-2020 waterfowl season, you only need to answer the first question and submit your survey!
Participation in this survey is voluntary. We know of no personal risks to you from participation in this survey; however, you must be 16 years of age or older to participate. The survey is intended to be anonymous, so please do not include your name in any responses. All individual responses will be confidential. By completing the survey, you are providing your consent to participate in our study.
You may take the survey by clicking on the link below. Please complete this survey no later than May 15th, 2020. Please do not forward this survey to anyone else to complete!
As a fellow waterfowl hunter in Louisiana, I thank you for your interest and participation in the wise use and stewardship of our treasured ducks and geese. We are working for Louisiana to continue to be “Sportsman’s Paradise”."
