Where does it breakdown healthy v. unhealthy?
"Healthy" is relative term. Even if 60-75% of these people have comorbidities that increase risk of death with COVID, almost none them were on their deathbed prior to infection or needing significant medical intervention.
Now they do.
And if 100% are your vague definition "unhealthy", it doesn't change the extra strain on the system.
