Joe Burrow beat 7 top 10 teams in one year, and had great stats against every team he played.

I get people not wanting to be prisoners of the moment. Burrow’s mythical season will only grow as time goes on.

Clark’s list are all guys older than him, that I assume he watched growing up. As a current NFL player he probably doesn’t get to watch a lot of college games.

Ever thought that maybe he took in his lifetime as those he watched while growing up before he came to college. All of those players were out of college before he even started.

Yes, everyone is entitled to an opinion...therefore, everyone else is entitled an opinion about their opinion. Stupid and ignorant opinions, from my perspective, deserve to be called out and rebutted with my own opinion. DJ Chark's opinion is bullshite...that's my opinion. Lol. Nothing personal, it's just how I see it.

Actually A&M intercepted something passes recovered some fumbles and may have recovered a fumble which were the main reasons A&M won that game. Not Manziel.

I think if you look the SEC Media days 1st and 2cnd team preseason prediction for 2010 vs 2019 we’re not talking about a great deal of difference between what was expected between the two teams. Between the first two preseason All SEC Teams it was fairly even. In 2010 they only selected a 1st and 2cnd Team. Auburn in 2010 and LSU in 2019 were very close from a preseason perspective. My point is that the 2019 LSU team, although expected to be a good team, was not anywhere even in the same hemisphere compared to what that team became. Not a soul on the planet would have projected LSU would have the best O-Line in America. Nobody saw Joe Burrow passing for 5800 yds and 60 TD’s. Nobody saw what was coming. Anybody that says otherwise is a liar. My comparison between 2010 Auburn and 2019 LSU is what was expected preseason; before they were great teams. In that regard they weren’t that much different. Both teams were complete surprises.

I can make an argument for Cam Newton. The SEC West was much harder in 2010 than it was in 2019

You sure about that?

There were 4 10 win teams in that division. Auburn was damn lucky to beat unranked Clemson at home.
See clip at 445
Did Joe ever make a throw similar to that?

Also if Ingram doesn’t fumble up three scores in Bryant Denny.... they lose there too. It was a frickin blow out.
The first minute here.

Simply put Cam Newton was a great player and even comparing the two is tough because of contrast of styles but damn bro I can think of like 5 or less times this past season where I thought Joe threw a bad pass. Cam was not and still is not a passer. 2019 LSU murders 2010 Auburn by three or more scores. Anyways your wrong. Joe is the better QB. Even in the National Title Cam got lucky with the bullshite his knee was down fiasco.
