I have been berl’n some crawfish today by the pool and drinking some deliciously crisp and cold beers.
Feeling great on the energy part.

Yes but mine is because I’ve spent 24-7 with a 3 year old girl and 6 year old boy since March 12th. While trying to work from home and homeschool. I’m losing my mind and my liver is probably soon to follow.

I have been extremely tired for two weeks and I've had the shits the last two days. Either I have the slowest developing Corona case or there just too much damn stress right now

Maybe you are iron deficient, sleep issues like sleep apnea, or your triglyceride numbers are high. If it’s not something medical go outside and get some sun and do what others suggested and walk or exercise. If our bodies aren’t moving then they are rusting like cheap Chinese metal.

I just got back from a hiking trip in N Arkansas. Felt exhausted before I left amd immediately upon returning, but get great physically while there.
I think it’s this working from home alone and hating my job that’s getting me. Yep, that’s probably it.
