Harden been better than lebron for 3+ seasons.

In 17-18 harden lead the league in per, win share, win share 48, scoring, bpm etc etc. You name it.

Ie best player.

Then the playoffs happened and Harden's PER dropped 5 points to below 25 and LeBron's skyrocketed to 32.2.

You can't have someone in the conversation when they fall off hard in the playoffs.

05-14: LeBron
15-18: Curry
19-20: Giannis

ETA: definitely arguments to be made, I could see Kawhi as best last season, Durant possibly over Curry, etc...

Shaq obviously 2000 and 2001

Dirk and Garnett were really good some of those years

Obviously Lebron for a huge chunk
