Some of us see past a single game. I was VERY happy we lost that game, simply because I suspected the same. Without that...possibly no Joe Burrow, no Heisman, and no NC. With Miles still in place, 0% any of that would've happened. Sometimes you have to just see the dark clouds for what they are, ride the storm out, then enjoy the ultimate sunshine instead of being ok with the rain "as long as it don't flood".

If we didn't lose that game and Miles somehow remained head coach, there would have been no Heisman, no undefeated national championship, no magical 2019 season that was arguably the greatest in college football history. In retrospect, all LSU fans should be happy we lost that game.

of course I was happy we lost. The Les era had run its course. It was past time for a change, and the sooner that occurred, the better for the program.

You do know you don’t have to blindly support any coach merely because he wears purple and gold? Some of our coaches aren’t the answer. See Trent Johnson. See Johnny Jones. See Curley Hallman. Mike Archer. Etc, etc, etc.

I support LSU, not necessarily the individual coaches that we employ.
