To preface I normally only eat one meal a day and so it tends to be pretty large. I’m 6’ 200 pounds so I don’t feel like I’m being a fatty when I do this but some friends have said I look like a pig. Thoughts?

Yeah, if you're ordering for two people.

I used to semi frequently, but with age comes smaller portion sizes.

If your body can handle it without gaining weight then frick what anybody else says

You could be 6'0" at 200 pounds and be in awesome shape. So, no.

I’ve ordered two before. It’s not much different than getting apps, salad, entree and dessert. It was a local place with small plates and I got a flatbread pizza and a normal meal. I did split the pizza with my wife but we ordered three meals between us. They didn’t have an appetizer menu.

Depends on how long I’m there. I used to be ‘sports bar guy’ and order wings/fries upon arrival...kill 6-7 beers, then order another meal, then kill another 4-5 beers before driving home.

I'm 38. In college, I could eat a large pizza myself. Nowadays, I'd be a tub if I tried the same thing.

Metabolism slowdown is real.

At least your body would probably act as its own airbag.
