I get three meals anywhere I go. An appetizer to take the edge off, an entree, and then dessert. I’m only 5’9” 230 though so I’m not really that fat

Under 10% is bordering on what you see with Mr. Olympia competitors.

Pretty sure that's under 5 percent bordering on 3-4 as they are severely dehydrating themselves as well at that point.

Under 10 are going to look lean but you're not going to look shrink wrapped or anything like that.

Eh, here's a pretty reputable chart. There are not too many 5'10, 275 pounders who look like the 8-10% pic.

My bad man, I misread your post. I agree on the individual example. I was just saying that guys in those competitions are usually in the low single digits not around 10 percent.

Far from it. Quit trying to deflect from the fact that you're ignorant.

It isn’t normal for a grown man to ask what or how much he should eat.

I agree with that part, I just meant that if he really thinks his friend is sub 10% walking around at 5'10, 275, his friend is basically ready to become the new Mr. Olympia in a month ot two of dieting.

Even the best bodybuilders in the world don't usually walk around at sub 10% and 5'10, 275, and they're juiced to the gills.

I once had a guy leave me a nasty note on his receipt for just this reason. He wasn’t a big man but he ordered 2 big arse meals. No big deal since people order dine in meals and Togo meals at the same time all the time. I asked him if he wanted me to wait and put the second meal in so it would be hot and fresh when he finished his meal and he said no because he wanted to eat both. Ok, whatever except he sat there the entire time pissed off and decided to leave me a passive aggressive note about how dare I assume he wants a meal ToGo. Apparently I should have assumed this dickhead was just a gluttonous frick.

Me and the SO once ordered 3 meals at a brewery. Wanted to try different things and the plates weren’t very big. Ended up splitting 3 different things

It's hard to not overdrink at bar. Waiting for wings is s out 3 beers. Then beer to offset spicyness of wings. Sucks for football bc that's like 2 beers ever quarter

You dont have to be a pro body builder

Being there at 5'10, 275, he should look like a larger Schwarzenegger.

And he does. He did train with Worlds Strongest Man Competitors when he was in HS, many years ago

Not juiced at all. Very anti-doping

That’s why I go to Golden Coral. Food not measured in “meals”.
You don’t have to worry what people think. Right?

When I waited tables, we had seafood baskets (smaller, comes with one side) and seafood platters (larger, comes with 2 sides). You could sub out the two sides on the platter for a seafood stuffed potato, which was an entree.

People would seriously order a bowl of gumbo, a seafood platter, and sub out the sides for this entree potato... and eat the entire thing. As someone who gets full on a child's menu item, it blew my mind every time.

To preface I normally only eat one meal a day and so it tends to be pretty large.
I order 2 meals at a time when I plan on skipping a meal later.

As of now, I've scheduled skipping meals through the 3rd quarter of 2028...
