So 981 people have been admitted to the hospital on suspicion of corona but haven't tested positive yet?

that's what it sounds like. and 60% of them will be positive according to the data

To add on: How many of this number were already hospitalized, recently hospitalized, or where in hospice care already?
In other words, are these newly ill patients or chronically ill ones?
