I know you work in insurance and I have a slight hijack...

Do you write any CGL or MEL policies?

If so, do you have to disclose the agency fee to the insured, or is it all rolled into the cumulative premium presented?

I work in claims and not much involved in underwriting.

I appreciate your in insights, always good to have back and forth on issues we know something about instead of the wild assumptions and speculation we see on these boards.

Many believe all plaintiff attorneys are nefarious schemers and insurance adjusters live to screw people out of what they are due. Neither are true but the extremists paint a distorted picture for the rest of us who just want to do the right thing. We want to close our files at a reasonable range and most attorneys are doing the same. We can all strike a good balance when open minded and respectful of the process.
