I have no doubt he had the balls.... he did do wrong to tell everyone he was considering it and doing what he did. But hindsight is 20-20..... He is better off in the Senate for us..... John Bel is a lame arse duck baby!..... After this fiasco he aint gonna get shite

That was wrong of him. He froze the field for potential candidates and quite a few candidates missed their shot because they were waiting for Kennedy to shite or get off the pot and when he finally did, it was too late.

Furthermore, the NRA and unions for ICE and CBP endorsed Jeff Sessions because they have zero confidence in Tubby.

Prior to the Chinese virus making its way here, Louisiana could've limped its way to 2023 where we get a legit conservative as Governor with little to no trouble at all.
But it's a different world right now with this virus and we have no idea what kind of effect this virus will have on the Louisiana economy, the total population, how many will stay and voting demographics. I'm still confident we can get a real conservative in there but it's going to be a lot harder even without JBE in the picture.

There was no possibility of that happening with a GOP supermajority in the senate and two seats shy of a GOP supermajority in the house as well.
And there's even less possibility of that after this virus.
