How do I fix this?
It wasn’t like this last night, but when I booted up this morning, it was super zoomed in. The taskbar takes up like 1/4 of the screen. I can’t fix it because I can’t access the vase majority of the screen. How the heck do I fix this and why does this happen?
Running Windows 10. Have already done all the basic stupid fixes (unplug/plug back in, use different hdmi port, different monitor, zoom, etc)

Try sitting further away from the screen

Make sure there are no new updates. Anything random plugged in?
May need to adjust your display settings.

right click on your desktop > Display settings > adjust resolution?

Sometimes a program runs that has to be forced down in resolution and it "sticks" when you come out of it.
I would suggest plugging in a different display altogether (if available) and see if that triggers some reasonable default resolution. However, switching HDMI/display ports should have accomplished the same thing.

Can you adjust the resolution on your physical monitor?
