It's been here longer than they're telling us. It's obvious now.

There's no urgency because nothing can be done to stop the virus itself right now that hasn't already been done.

They'll bank on the "righteousness" of (R)'s to cave and pass the bill anyway with a bunch of Easter eggs in it for the handout crowd, because real people are very sick right now, and a few are dying.
