We can control the disease without shutting everyone inside

We need everyone to wear masks like they do in Asia. They don't need to be N95, even regular surgical masks would work. They serve 2 major purposes: they catch droplets leaving or entering and they keep you from touching your mouth and nose.

If governments are banning people from going to work or going outside, then why can't they ban people from doing that unless they are wearing a mask?
