Our office sent everyone home at lunch and we are to work from home the rest of the month due to corona fears...

We are getting close to that in NY. I'm upstate and not near the hotzone, but everyone is concerned that the students who live towards the city will carry the virus back with them after being gone for Spring Break. Syracuse University just announced they are switching to online classes for the rest of March.

I’m home for two weeks. I don’t understand it but I will take it. Dumb decision but our company is known for making not so bright decisions that have long lasting negative consequences.

Hospitals are not equipped anywhere to treat the amount of COVID cases if they keep doubling like this every day. Not to mention it will leave others in the US who have other emergent health conditions without a hospital bed.
