Definitely a solid roster. Sad that Richards wasn’t released and that Atlanta are being kunts about Robinson but c’est la vie. We should be able to qualify with this group.

Lennon was also called up, but Atlanta shot that down as well.

I wouldn’t mind seeing this:

Saucedo Ferreira Llanez
Ledezma Pomykal
Yueill
Gloster Glad Palmer-Brown Cannon

That said I’m not sure who get left out between Palmer-Brown, Glad, and McKenzie.

How are a few from Europe making it and why not Reyna?

Mostly academy players. EPB surprised me since he starts for his Austrian team. Reyna said he is a first team player now and being with his team is more important. He may not even play in the olympics but I might have read his statement wrong.

Also sounds like Reyna could be with the USMNT this month for the European friendlies

It worries me that we have to play Mexico and Costa Rica in Mexico just to get out of the group.

Unless an injury happens, this will be the case. Gregg has already said so.

I really hope, if we qualify, that it excites our best U-23's for the opportunity to play in the Olympics.

Pulisic, Reyna, Adams, McKennie, Cannon, Dest... that would be fun as frick to watch.

Likely because Dortmund wouldn't have agreed to release him for the U23s.

Anybody else think it's gonna be tough to keep Brenden Aaronson out of the lineup? Kid's good

Yes, but a lot of it could be because Pomykal may not be able to go a full 90'.
