Special needs student repeatedly molested & raped on ATL school bus

between April 4 and 20 of 2019, she was groped and molested by another student who left his seat on the specialized school bus to sit next to her. During those 17 dreadful days, there were at least 10 instances of abuse.
According to the lawsuit, another student was "emboldened by the lack of discipline and restraint" shown by the first student and went on to assault the girl.
The young girl recounted the horrific details of the assault — all within the view of the driver operating a bus that was specifically designed for students with special needs that contains only three or four rows of seating.
Ten instances described during that period culminated in the rape of the girl aboard the bus. Even on that day, all that the driver said was that he "noticed something" when the girl had been "stripped naked, physically battered and raped

This is an outrage.
It all happened on video and the police were given the tape 11 months ago.
Police are still "Investigating ".
The problem is the two boys are special education as well so nobody knows what to do..
Start by arresting the bus driver at least.
Boys need to be arrested as well because special education kids can be dangerous too and these obviously are.

I just got physically sick reading this. My 4yo is starting kindergarten in August and is due to ride the bus. I have so much concern with this, because these drivers are often clueless of all the shite that goes on. A 5yo is so damn vulnerable. If a 14yo gets abused like this, then its so much easier for a 5yo

Yep. Not giving the driver a pass but I guess possible they didn’t know the extent of what was happening until too late. They’ve gotta focus on the road driving a massive bus around, it’d be hard to police the boys while driving too. Dunno, they still should have noticed something I’d think. And a girl is stripped naked and beat an d that’s all they have to say? Cmon
