My almost 2 year old found this and you would’ve thought it was a bar of gold. I’m guessing it’s avian of some sort. Maybe owl? You can see the snake’s tail pretty clearly.

I think a possum left that. They love to eat snakes. If you see a lot of possums where you live, you probably have a lot of snakes around.
