Sirloin Cap (picanha) at Costco

Noticed yesterday for the first time that Costco had whole prime Sirloin Caps for $5.99 a pound. I picked one up and cut them into Picanha steaks. They are outstanding. Tenderness of a filet and flavor of a ribeye.

How are you cooking the sirloin cap steaks?

How do the sirloin cap steaks they sell compare to what you're talking about?

I have only seen these pre-cut at my local Costco. Hope they start selling the whole cap soon.

Almost all Walmarts have them. This was the cut I tried out for my first real sous vide cook. It was outstanding.
