at the college level or above. It was a first for me and it is a dang impressive accomplishment (Did see a pro one hitter years ago with Steve Carlton pitching). Hated being the victim, but it goes that way sometimes.

Saw Cole Hammels throw one at Wrigley Field right before he was traded from the Phillies. It was awesome.

I bet you were one of the fans who gave Stony Brook a victory lap all those years ago.

It doesn't go that way sometimes for LSU and it never should. Especially by a Sunday starter.

Today and once saw Nomo throw one against Baltimore. Both were equally as boring.

Saw this one last season:

August 3, 2019: Aaron Sanchez (6 IP), Will Harris (1), Joe Biagini (1), Chris Devenski (1)
Astros 9, Mariners 0

Sanchez had struggled coming into his first start with the Astros after being acquired from the Blue Jays at the Trade Deadline. That didn't stop Sanchez from looking like a brand new pitcher, throwing six no-hit innings before turning it over to Houston’s bullpen..

Will Harris, Joe Biagini and Chris Devenski capped off the Astros’ second combined no-hitter in franchise history (June 11, 2003) and the 14th combined no-hitter in MLB history.

I watched the Dodgers get no-hit in Houston 3 or so years ago.

I'm a Dodgers fan, it totally sucked.

Just 1, and that today. I picked a good day to take the family out. Kids didn't find the pitching duel very exciting...haha

Was in the Astrodome in 1986 to watch Mike Scott throw a no-hitter against San Fran. And send the Stros to the league championship. A fellow co-worker had tickets but decided not to go. Was Magic and euphoria in the Dome that afternoon.

1981: In his second season with Houston, Ryan won his first ERA title (1.69) and threw his record-breaking fifth no-hitter. Pitching before a national television audience against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Ryan threw a 5-0 shutout and fanned 11.

Prior to the start of the players' strike, Ryan faced Pete Rose in a classic confrontation. Rose had predicted before the season began that he would break Stan Musial's National League hit record against Ryan. In his first at bat, Rose singled to tie the record at 3,630. However, in his final three at bats, Ryan fanned him each time to deny him the record. After striking out in his last at bat, Rose looked toward the mound and tipped his hat at Ryan.

I was at both of these games
